After the landslip, a cluster of families above Chooralmala have been cooking from a single shed. The ward opened this as a public account under a three-signatory community treasury — the panchayat secretary, the ward member, and the temple committee treasurer. No one person can draw.
Volunteers have visited the shed. The muster of families is on the record. Neighbours from the next ward have spoken. This is not a hospital file and not an NGO campaign. It is a village commons account, and trust is whatever the stack shows.
Rice and fuel have already been paid from this ledger to the treasury. Tarpaulin for the monsoon edge is the open milestone.
